We ship within Australia only.

Dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days once dispatched, with tracking provided. Some remote areas can take longer.

Rugs and runners. Flat rate of $39.95 per order, Australia-wide. Rugs are delivered to street addresses only, not PO Boxes.

Candles. $12.95 standard delivery, free on candle orders over $100.

Cushions. $12.95 standard delivery, free on cushion orders over $150.

Art. Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the size and format of each piece.

Shop the Room. An art print or a full size rug with two Darren Palmer cushions earns 10% off, shipped at the rates above. Add one full size rug, one art print and four cushions and 15% off the entire order plus free shipping Australia wide applies automatically at checkout, while the full combination is in the cart. Rooms of $2,750 or more step up to 20% off with the same free shipping. Runner rugs do not count as the qualifying rug, though they still receive the discount as part of a qualifying order.

Your order may arrive as more than one delivery. Each piece ships from the specialist who makes it, every parcel is tracked, and you receive a dispatch email for each.
