Refund policy
If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund it in line with Australian Consumer Law, and the return freight is on us. Report any damage as soon as possible with photographs to customercare@darrenpalmer.com, and please keep the original packaging in case we arrange collection. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
For a change of mind, we accept returns within 30 days of dispatch, provided the product is unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your expense, and we recommend a registered service. Email customercare@darrenpalmer.com with your order number to arrange it.
Promotional and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Made-to-order artwork is produced for you, so change-of-mind returns do not apply once production has begun; faulty or damaged pieces are always covered as above.
