REPLACEMENT AND RETURNS

Our full replacement and returns terms are set out in our Refund policy. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, report it as soon as possible with photographs to customercare@darrenpalmer.com and please keep the original packaging in case we arrange collection.

PRINT AND PRODUCTION

All Premium Artwork is made to order, in locations across Australia. They require a 7 to 10 business day production time from the date the order is processed. Darren Palmer artwork is printed on mediums that contain natural fibres, these may occasionally contain small slubs and minor imperfections and have slight colour variations, this is a natural part of the product and is not considered a fault.

PRE-ORDERS

Getting in early on our upcoming products? Pre-orders are listed with an estimated date for dispatch, which may be delayed pending production. Please allow some additional days from the estimated listed date for us to prepare and dispatch your order. If we can dispatch earlier, we will prioritise your order. SHIPPING

Delivery rates by category, dispatch times and coverage are set out in our Shipping policy. Your exact delivery fee is displayed at checkout before payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Darren Palmer Home accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay. Payment is required before an order can be processed. We ship within Australia only.

PROMOTIONS AND SALES

Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the advertised dates and times only and cannot be extended. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion times. If a discount code is supplied, this must be applied at checkout to redeem the promotion. Discount codes cannot be added after your order has been placed and confirmation received. All promotions are available to Australian residents only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only.

Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions. All promotional codes and special offers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase gift cards, cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase, are non-transferable, and do not apply to trade and wholesale customers. Only one promotional code or special offer can be applied per transaction. Automatic offers apply without a code; only the best applicable offer applies to an order and automatic offers cannot be combined with discount codes. Unless a promotion states otherwise, promotions do not apply to shipping, GST or duties or similar services. Where a promotion includes free shipping, such as Shop the Room, the delivery fee is waived automatically at checkout while the qualifying items are in the cart. Unless specified, promotions do not apply to gift vouchers. Promotional or sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Promotional items are available only while stocks last. Darren Palmer Home can, at its sole discretion, extend or terminate a promotion at any time.

Orders can be cancelled up until they are fulfilled, through your account or by contacting customercare@darrenpalmer.com. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns terms above apply.

AFTERPAY

Afterpay lets you pay for your order in four interest-free instalments, due every two weeks, selected as a payment method at checkout. Afterpay is provided by Afterpay, is subject to its own approval, terms and late fees, and is not a Darren Palmer Home payment plan. Full terms at afterpay.com. Please shop responsibly.
